2. User Accounts and Community Standards

  • Be respectful toward developers and fellow players in all comments and reviews.
  • Do not post malicious content, spam, or promotional material unrelated to indie gaming.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or disrupt the platform's safe environment.

3. Developer Submissions and Publishing

When you submit your game to PlayVault for featuring or inclusion in our collections, you retain all ownership rights to your intellectual property. However, you grant PlayVault a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your promotional assets (such as screenshots, trailers, and descriptions) on our platform and associated community channels.

Developers must ensure they hold the necessary rights to all assets submitted. We reserve the right to remove any showcase that infringes on copyright or violates intellectual property laws.

4. Platform Availability and Modifications

While we strive to keep PlayVault running smoothly and community events on schedule, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, collection, or service at any time without prior notice.
